FAQ 

1. Do I have to pay for shipping and return?

When you buy 1 of the items out of the 3 - we pay for the shipping both ways.

2. What if I don't like any of the 3 items?

If you don't like any of the item, you can return all items and just pay a flat fee of $30 for 2 way shipping.

3. Do I get charged when I place the order?

Yes, when the order is placed your card will be charged, however we will hold the amount until you confirm which ones you like to keep. Once you confirm the items you want to keep we will reverse the additional amount that was held back to your card or any other mode you had paid. 

4. By how many days do I have to return the items I don't like?

From the day you receive your DIZINGOF box, you will have 3 days to confirm your choice on the email link we send. If we don't get a confirmation then we will charge the complete amount and finalize the payment. 

5. How do I return the items, do I have to go and post it?

We keep it simple, inside DIZINGOF box you will get a satchel pre-labeled. Place the items inside with all labels and garment price tags, and confirm the place and time of pickup - we will arrange our courier partners to pick it up. The pick up date must be within 3 days from receiving your shipment - otherwise we will charge the full price.

 6. Can I ship more than one DIZINGOF order at a time?

No, you can only have one DIZINGOF order shipped to you at a time. You will not be able to ship another DIZINGOF box order unless you purchase all items in your box, or you have returned the items you decided not to keep.

7. Can I wear the clothes and then send them back?

You can try everything on at home, but do not wear the clothes out unless you intend to purchase them. Items must be returned with tags on and in their original packaging, including: hangers, polybags, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

When DIZINGOF receives a return, we will determine in our sole discretion if the products are in acceptable condition as specified in the DIZINGOF returns policy. If returned products are determined by DIZINGOF not to be in acceptable condition, DIZINGOF may in their sole discretion charge you the purchase price and ship the products back to you to keep.

8. What if I want to return something after the 3-day try period?

If you change your mind, or if you have been automatically charged for items at the end of the 3 day try period that you did not intend to keep, you will still have 14 days from the end of the try period to return the items to DIZINGOF for a exchange or credit note.

The items will be subject to the same DIZINGOF 14-day exchange or credit note policy (Items must be returned in their original packaging, including: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).

9. How does this work when there are discounts applicable?

During Discount and offers, when you chose to keep any one item out of three, the respective discount will be applicable on that item. 

 

10. What will be the charge for international shipping?

Any order placed internationally, respective shipping charges will be applicable which will be communicated after the order is placed. 

 

11. Is DIZINGOF Box available for any location in Australia?

Some remote areas may not be covered by our flat fee service, once you place the order if there is any additional cost to ship we will email you before processing the order. In case you are not happy with the additional charges, we will cancel the order and refund you the full amount. 

 

Terms & Conditions of DIZINGOF Box

Dizingof offers you the ability to order select clothing and accessories (“DIZINGOF Box”) to try on at home for up to 3 days (“3 Day Try Period”). If you choose to order DIZINGOF Box, you accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read them carefully.

Your use of the dizingof.com website is also governed by our terms and conditions and Privacy policy, as well as any other terms and conditions and policies.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The products that are eligible for DIZINGOF Box and the minimum and maximum items per order may change from time to time at our sole discretion. Not all products will be eligible for DIZINGOF Box.

To be eligible for DIZINGOF Box, payment for the items needs to be done first at checkout, this amount will be held by us and adjusted once depending on how many items if any are returned. Payment methods we accept for DIZINGOF Box orders may change from time to time at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse DIZINGOF Box transactions and/or suspend or terminate your use of DIZINGOF Box for any reason, including for nonpayment, fraudulent, or abusive behavior or if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS

When we receive a return, we will determine in our sole discretion if the products are in acceptable condition as specified in the return policy. If returned products are determined by us not to be in acceptable condition, we may in our sole discretion charge you the purchase price and ship the products back to you.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the unwanted items in good condition just as it was received.

Any return of a product purchased through DIZINGOF Box, and the amount of any resulting refund, will be subject to our return policy.

PAYMENT

We will charge you the purchase price of the products in your DIZINGOF Box order:

(a) at the time of checkout of the order;

(b) if we do not receive your returned products, or we determine that the condition of your returned products are not satisfactory, then we will retain the amount charged for the products.

(c) if you choose to return all items and request for credit, then we will refund all amount excluding the amount of the lowest priced item;

(d) if you choose to return all items and request for full refund, then we will refund all amount and only charge you $20 for shipping fee;

You authorize us to charge any amounts owed by you under these Terms and Conditions to the payment method associated with your DIZINGOF Box order.

 

DISPUTES/BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to DIZINGOF Box or these Terms and Conditions is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability and all other terms in the use of DIZINGOF.com. You agree to those terms by using DIZINGOF Box.

 

AGREEMENT CHANGES

We may in our sole discretion change these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of DIZINGOF Box or cancel DIZINGOF Box at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of DIZINGOF Box after the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the terms. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or Terms and Conditions.
