How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout for all online orders.

How long does delivery take?

Online orders are generally dispatched the next day if unless specified in the product page. Within Australia shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. For International orders, generally it takes up to 7-15 business days, depending on the country.

Tracking your order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you can track it at anytime via http://auspost.com.au/track/.

On the day your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via Australia Post.

You should receive your order within 3-5 business days within Australia or 7-15 business days internationally. If your order has not been delivered within this time, please contact Australia Post, quoting the tracking number supplied to you in your confirmation email. You can also track the progress of your order online anytime at http://auspost.com.au/track/.

A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, your order will be forwarded to your local post office for collection. Alternatively, please leave delivery instructions at checkout if you wish for your order to be left unattended.

If there is some problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your online order, please contact us straightaway with your contact details and we will follow up as soon as possible. Please keep the packaging intact and the garment should be unworn.

Is import duty included in total price for international orders ?

Please note that the total price displayed at checkout will include the cost of the merchandise and the shipping charges. An import duty may be applicable and the rates will vary based on your home country. Please check with your home country for the import duties before placing an order.

What is your policy around Change of Mind?

If you change your mind on a purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase and are able to provide a proof of purchase, we will offer you an exchange or store credit provided the merchandise meets the below conditions:

  • 1. All merchandise are unworn and unused with original tags attached and/or sealed packaging
  • 2. Items are not subject to the exclusions list
  • 3. You must provide the copy of your Tax Invoice

'Change of Mind Policy' does NOT apply under any circumstances to purchases of the following items:

  • 1. hosiery
  • 2. jewelery;

What if there is manufacturing fault?

We will refund for items you purchase if the item is faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased the merchandise or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the products before purchase;

The merchandise needs to be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

To return merchandise for a refund, please send by registered mail to:

Please include a copy of your order receipt as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Mastercard you will receive a refund on your Mastercard

If merchandise is received by us after the 14 day return period it will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.

We reserve the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a DIZINGOF gift card of equivalent value to the item, we are happy to exchange or give you the gift card instead of a refund.

How to return online orders?

You can return the items for exchange or store credit in one of our stores. Alternatively, you can post the return items to.

  • 1. Post the merchandise and the tax receipt to our shop address Shop 3, 289 Flinders Lane, Melbourne 3000 Australia.
  • 2. Please email us the tracking number of the post to info@dizingof.com.
  • 3. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return.
  • 4. After we confirm the item is not used, validate the receipt and other return checklist - we will email you a purchase code of the refund amount to be used in your next online order to be completed within 30 days of the date of issue.

How to return Click & Collect?

You can return any items from Click & Collect orders in store or by posting it for orders online (see above).

Can I exchange my order?

You can exchange your online order within 14 days from the order placement, either in store or posting the merchandise back to our store (refer section 'how to return online order'). Please note the exchange of the merchandise will be done only after it is deemed of exchange quality - please refer 'Change of Mind' section to see the conditions for exchange.

Can I cancel my online order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or change your order. You can return them for an online store credit. Please refer section Returns Policy.

DIZINGOF gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

However, gift cards are valid for a twelve month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale in store. Gift cards ordered online can be redeemed online and Gift cards bought in store needs to be redeemed in store.
