Please note that we cannot issue refunds for any items, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us.
You may exchange your purchase for any reason, including sale items, subject to adherence of the following conditions:
- All requests for exchange must be made in-store or to email@example.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Please provide us with your Order Number, and notify us as why you are requesting the exchange. Items are to be returned to the Flinders Lane Store: Dizingof Shop 3,289 Flinders Lane Melbourne, VIC 3000
- Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Garments must be returned in their original condition, and must not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned, and with the swing tags still attached.
- Once the items have been cleared, we will contact you to arrange an exchange for another item, or a Credit Note to the value of the original item (excluding original shipping charges). Further shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Please refer to our Shipping guide for all Shipping prices. All packages will be sent via Australia Post, unless stipulated elsewhere to be sent via another provider. All packages sent through registered post, and a tracking number will be provided in the email receipt. Dizingof will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur whilst items are in transit.
In the instance where an item has been ordered but is no longer available, you will be notified via email, and we will contact you to determine if we can provide you with another similar item. Availability of the items ordered will always be determined before the payment is processed.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Any personal information collected, such as name and contact details, is securely stored, and will not be disclosed to any other companies or businesses. You may access all personal information held by us, and as required by law, you can ‘op-out’ from any direct marketing material that Dizingof may send.
